Responsibilities- Develop and produce high-quality designs for fabrics and textiles, including sketches, designs, and samples for presentation to clients.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to plan and develop designs, ensuring accurate interpretation and representation of client ideas.
- Work independently or as part of a small team to create a range of designs, using specialist software and computer-aided design (CAD) programs.
- Experiment with color, fabric, and texture to create innovative and appealing designs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new design and production techniques, as well as textile technology.
- Develop new design concepts and ensure that projects are completed on time.
- **Creative Skills:**
- Creative flair and artistic ability.
- A good eye for color, texture, fabrics, and patterns.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Design skills and the ability to use computer-aided design (CAD) packages.
- Understanding and experience of using different textile processes and techniques.
- **Soft Skills:**
