Job Opportunity:

Hunter AHP Resourcing is seeking an experienced occupational therapist to join our team as a Band 6 Stroke Occupational Therapist in Surrey.

About the Role:

As a Band 6 Stroke Occupational Therapist, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients in an early supported discharge setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop individualized care plans to promote independence and rehabilitation
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to achieve patient goals
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Registered Occupational Therapist with a valid license
  • Experience working in a stroke or early supported discharge setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
