Adult Safeguarding and DoLS Team Manager Opportunity

Pertemps is seeking a qualified and experienced Team Manager to join the Adult Safeguarding and DoLS service on a full-time contract basis. The successful candidate will have extensive experience within Adult safeguarding and DoLS, a proven track record as a Team Manager, and SWE registration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of professionals in the Adult Safeguarding and DoLS service
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service provision
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures

Requirements:

  1. Extensive experience within Adult safeguarding and DoLS
  2. Proven track record as a Team Manager
  3. SWE registration
