Job Overview

McGregor Boyall is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Case Manager to join their HR Shared Services Team on a 6-month contract basis. This role is critical to the business and will deliver high-quality and accurate advice on all aspects of employee relations, including providing end-to-end case management and working on complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality and accurate advice on all employee relations matters in line with business policies and procedures.
  • Provide end-to-end case management support, including high-complex risk cases, to ensure effective resolution and minimize business disruption.
  • Collaborate closely with Employee Relations and Legal teams to ensure seamless case management and resolution.
  • Support business projects on consultation, TUPE, and other employee relations-related initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing high-complex employee relations cases at volume, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality advice and support.
