Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrating a passion for coffee and ensuring each drink is crafted to perfection for every customer.
  • Providing service with a friendly demeanor, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining 'best in town' standards through effective presentation, product availability, and cleanliness of the store.
  • Possessing in-depth product knowledge to recommend and sell our offerings to customers.
  • Engaging proactively with customers to understand their preferences and make tailored suggestions.
  • Collaborating effectively within a dynamic team environment, adapting to the fast-paced nature of the role.
