About the Role
This Claims Specialist position will be involved in general claims administrative duties, supporting the wider team on an ongoing basis. This individual will also be responsible for:
- Proactively handle a caseload of specialty claims under the supervision of members of the claims team in accordance with CFC's claims handling guidelines.
- Execute excellent administrative duties across various platforms.
- Identify and escalate claims-related issues to the Team Leader or relevant team member.
- Ensure CFC's claims department continues to act as an effective third-party administrator for its capacity providers in accordance with binding authority service level agreements and claims handling agreements.
About You
This role will suit an individual who has a keen interest in claims and enjoys an ever-changing environment. Prior insurance claim handling experience in the Lloyds market would be desirable but not required. As well as having excellent organizational skills, you will put the customer at the heart of everything you do.
