About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at WHD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Account Planning and Strategy: Create and implement account plans to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, as well as develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to customers and internal stakeholders, showcasing our IT solutions and services.
  • Project Management: Manage and coordinate projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Retention: Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in senior account management or key account management roles, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the IT industry, including current trends, technologies, and best practices.
