About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Engineer to join our team at TM Green Group. As a Site Engineer, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing site activities related to earthworks, culverts, and general civil engineering tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site activities to ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth site operations.
  • Conduct site surveys, setting out, and ensure accurate levels using modern survey instruments.
  • Monitor and report on progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
  • Implement health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry, particularly in earthworks and civil engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of site engineering techniques and construction processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency with modern survey equipment; having your own robotic instrument is preferred but not essential.
  • A valid driving license is required.
