Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at CMD Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a proactive marketing strategy to drive sales enquiry generation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and implement a content marketing strategy to engage our target audience and drive website traffic.
  • SEO: Conduct keyword research and optimize our website and online content to improve search engine rankings.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, creating engaging content and interacting with our online community.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze website analytics and social media metrics to inform marketing decisions and optimize our online presence.

Candidate Specification:

  • Relevant Degree: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • CIM Qualification: A CIM qualification or equivalent experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Practical experience with Google Analytics, email marketing campaigns, and social media management.
