Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day running of the care home
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality care services
- Lead and develop a team of care professionals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least two years' experience in a senior management capacity within the care sector
- A management qualification or equivalent to NVQ level 5
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
