Safeguarding Manager

At RGB Recruitment, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safeguarding Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our vulnerable customers.
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled professional who can provide support and guidance to colleagues in identifying and reporting safeguarding concerns. This includes training on types and signs of abuse, as well as maintaining strong partnerships with statutory agencies and challenging professional differences when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee case management, data tracking, and follow-up actions plans to ensure effective safeguarding practices.
- Lead on the coordination and development of safeguarding policies, maintaining compliance with legislation and best practices.
- Manage sensitive information with discretion, supporting colleagues in dealing with difficult cases.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies to ensure joined-up approaches to safeguarding.
