We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our Primary SEMH School in North West London. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the classroom teacher and creating a positive learning environment for our students.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the classroom teacher with lesson preparation and materials organization.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help or guidance.
- Collaborate with the teacher to develop and implement lesson plans.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to the teacher and parents.
- Support students with special needs, implementing accommodations and modifications as required.
- A flexible and supportive work environment.
