COMPENSATION:
£45,000 - £55,000

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Experienced Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive building surveying services to a diverse clientele across various sectors.

Your role will also involve providing guidance and support to other members of the surveying team.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting professional building surveying tasks such as inspections, acquisition surveys, dilapidations, contract management, maintenance and refurbishment projects, schedules of condition, and party wall awards.
  • Managing a variety of projects valued up to £1 million across different property types including commercial, residential, and agricultural.
  • Cultivating relationships with existing clients while seeking to develop new business opportunities both locally and nationally.
  • Identifying and generating new business prospects.
  • Keeping abreast of relevant legislation and sharing knowledge with the team as needed.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
To excel as our new Experienced Building Surveyor, it is beneficial to have experience across a range of projects that encompass various facets of building surveying, including condition assessments, dilapidations, project oversight, and building pathology.

We seek an individual who is proactive in business development and adept at creating new commercial opportunities.


Essential Qualifications:
  • Membership with RICS and RICS qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience providing expert advice on a variety of building-related issues.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Possession of a full UK driving license.
