As a Collaboration & Innovation Lead Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of electrified powertrains, driving innovation, and collaboration within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the shift from Internal Combustion Engines (ICE) to Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV), working with a pioneering company at the forefront of the automotive industry's transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage funded projects, ensuring delivery to timing, budget, and quality standards while minimising risks.
  2. Identify external opportunities for collaborative R&D projects and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  3. Take ownership of large in-flight projects, leading multidisciplinary teams to success.
Requirements:
  1. Strong project management skills, including budget analysis.
  2. Experience in coordinating and writing bids for funding.
  3. Proven track record of managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
  4. Relevant educational background, preferably a Bachelor's degree in engineering, or significant industry experience.
