Position Title: Housekeeping Attendant

Reports To: Head/Executive Housekeeper

Location: London

Role Overview:

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department under the guidance of the Executive Housekeeper. Your responsibilities will encompass assisting in both immediate and strategic planning for the department, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and service are consistently met.

Your Responsibilities:

In this position, you will:

  • Provide essential support to the Rooms Division team with efficiency and precision.
  • Assist in the delivery and distribution of linens, towels, and other essential items throughout the hotel.
  • Contribute to the cleanliness and maintenance of guest areas, ensuring they are well-kept and inviting.
  • Oversee the upkeep of guest corridors, linen storage areas, and back-of-house service zones.

Team Collaboration:

• Foster positive working relationships within the Housekeeping Department and with all hotel associates.

• Demonstrate initiative and take ownership of your professional development to enhance the quality of service provided to our guests.

• Communicate effectively to address all incoming requests and inquiries.
