About You
- Approximately 7-10 years' experience in social media, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of success.
- Hands-on approach to challenges, with a willingness to take calculated risks.
- Confident presenter, able to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth.
- Contribute to a growth-oriented, culture-driven agency that values innovation and creativity.
- Offer leadership, collaboration, and active listening skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
