Job Overview

Ferrero, a family-owned company with a global presence, is seeking an experienced Senior Public Affairs Manager to join its team in Greenford. As a key member of the Institutional Affairs team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's strategy and business development plans for the UK&I.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Institutional Affairs programme to build awareness among stakeholders of Ferrero's approach to doing business and strengthen its reputation with relevant stakeholders, including government, NGOs, and other key organizations.
  • Support engagement on regulatory interventions and monitor and report on Institutional Affairs and developments, providing full and regular insights to the business.
  • Act as a company expert on public policies relating to health and nutrition, responsible marketing, sustainability, access to markets and trade, and other relevant areas.
  • Liaise with the Head of Institutional Affairs and the Head of Corporate Communications to propose relevant material for social media leverage and align or leverage CSR activities for the UK/ROI team.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills. A highly organized individual with the ability to handle multiple sources of information and a proven ability to communicate and present information clearly. A continuous improvement mindset is essential, with a focus on improving processes and eliminating delays.
