About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our team at wagamama. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading by example and motivating your team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and motivate your team to achieve high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our menu and ingredients, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that the kitchen is running efficiently and effectively, with a focus on maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and concepts, working closely with the culinary team to ensure that all dishes are innovative and appealing to our customers.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to achieve business objectives, including sales targets and customer satisfaction.
