About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at Nicholas Associates Group Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Promotional Activity: Coordinate and negotiate promotional activities to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Pricing and Margin Management: Analyze and negotiate pricing and margin structures to optimize business performance.
  • Range Management: Manage product ranges to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Order Placement: Place orders for all depots using sound commercial reasoning to ensure maximum availability and prices.
  • Stock Management: Manage stockholding to ensure optimal levels.
  • Supplier Influence: Exercise influence over suppliers to resolve stock shortages.
  • Task Management: Ensure timely completion of tasks with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proofreading: Proofread promotional materials for accuracy and compliance.
  • Supplier Claims: Track and claim retrospective monies from suppliers for funded promotions.
  • Internal Liaison: Liaise with depots and internal departments on category matters.
