Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Primary School Teacher to join our team at Step Teachers. As a Reception Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our students, promoting their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of the class
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and support
  • Work effectively with other members of staff to ensure a smooth and efficient learning environment
  • Develop and implement creative lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
  • Recent experience as a Primary School Teacher, preferably in a Reception Class setting
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS Curriculum and ability to adapt to changing educational requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
