We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at GKR International. As a Prime Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-end properties in the Kensington and Notting Hill areas.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, managing multiple properties, and handling property management queries in a timely and efficient manner. You will be an excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and that any issues are addressed promptly
  • Providing exceptional customer service to tenants and landlords, responding to queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Building strong relationships with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that properties are managed efficiently and effectively
  • Managing property maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and that any issues are addressed promptly
  • Preparing and presenting reports on property performance, including rent collection, property maintenance, and other key metrics
