Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality content for articles, social media, and company materials, showcasing our clients' luxury construction projects.
  • Design and create visually impactful marketing assets that reflect our clients' brand identity.
  • Lead branding initiatives and collaborate with teams to maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee marketing projects and manage team resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies for company events, highlighting our clients' luxury projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Background in luxury construction or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and content creation.
  • Excellent writing and design skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organisational and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Working Arrangements:

We offer a hybrid working arrangement, with regular meetings at both our London and Kent offices. You can expect to spend approximately 8-10 days per month in either office.

Location: Based in London or Kent offices.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
