Job Description:


Morson Talent is seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our AC department, you will be responsible for maintaining complex Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems, associated controls, and related equipment.

The successful candidate will execute installation works of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment as required, conduct site surveys and inspections, and attend shift working when necessary. Additionally, you will attend training programs and carry out 24/7 standby duties as per the roster or when issues arise.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment
  • Install new equipment and systems as required
  • Conduct site surveys and inspections to identify potential issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical problems
  • Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills
  • Provide 24/7 support as needed

Requirements:

  • Technical Certificate or Diploma in Refrigeration / Air-Conditioning
  • Proven experience in the Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning industry as a service mechanic or technician
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic fault diagnosis
  • Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Ability to obtain security clearance at DV level
