Recruitment Resourcer

Full-time, permanent basis (40 hrs per week)
- Location: Mortimer (onsite)
- Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (DOE)

Due to company growth, we have an exciting opportunity for **Recruitment** **Resourcer** to join our head office team in Mortimer.

**Who we are?**

Amegreen Children’s Services is an established and respected provider of residential children’s homes having been established in 2013. Our independent children’s homes are rated as Outstanding by Ofsted and provide therapeutic care to children between the ages of 5 and 18 who are unable to live with their families.

**About the Role**

**Key Duties (but not limited to)**
- Source talent with specialist skills and experience relating to the industry we work in
- Write engaging adverts and conduct research on which platforms they should be posted

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience within a **resourcing** position is **essential**:

- Excellent written skills and computer proficiency
- Strong **communication** skills **(verbal & written)** with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people at all levels
- Work efficiently within a** fast-paced environment**.
- The ability to **meet tight deadlines** and work calmly under pressure with a flexible working attitude.
