About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Operations Lead to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily cash and liquidity management operations, developing cash flow forecasting and liquidity management strategies, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cash flow forecasting and liquidity management strategies to ensure the company's financial stability.
  • Oversee daily cash and liquidity management operations, including managing banking relationships and negotiating bank services and fees.
  • Collaborate with Accounting & Finance departments to streamline financial operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Participate in strategic financial planning and identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Support in the preparation of financial reports and provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • A solid foundation in Accounting & Finance, with a proven track record of experience in cash and liquidity management.
  • Immediate availability and a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
