We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Oak House, a specialist residential service in Diss, Norfolk.

The successful candidate will support the Service Manager in ensuring the home meets regulatory standards and will be responsible for line managing the senior team to deliver high-quality care and services.

Key responsibilities include:
