Position Overview:

As a key player in our team, the HVAC Supervisor will oversee a group of HVAC Technicians and Engineers across multiple sites in the Midlands region. This role is essential for ensuring the effective delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive services, and compliance with technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Team Leadership:**
- Supervise and guide HVAC teams to ensure all maintenance services meet regulatory and company standards.
- Foster strong working relationships with customers and internal teams.

2. **Technical Expertise:**
- Act as the technical authority for FGas compliance and oversee training for engineers.
- Ensure all technical standards are upheld within operations.

3. **Service Management:**
- Manage service delivery efficiently while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Conduct regular audits of FM documentation and address any compliance issues.

4. **Communication:**
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding all FM activities.
- Address Help Desk inquiries promptly and escalate issues as necessary.

Qualifications:

- SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Mechanical or equivalent.
- ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1/1A).
- ACS Domestic Gas Qualifications (CCN, CENWAT, CPA).
- City and Guilds 17th Edition certification.
- Proficient in major HVAC systems and equipment.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven planning, organizational, and project management skills.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Compensation:

Our client offers a competitive salary package of up to £53,131 per annum, which includes on-call duties, travel time, a company vehicle, uniform, healthcare benefits, a pension scheme, and 33 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
