Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced HGV driver to join our team in Huntingdon. As a HGV driver, you will be responsible for delivering bedroom furniture to customers in the area.

Responsibilities:

* Safely complete deliveries in a 2-man crew
* Ensure daily vehicle check is complete before going on the road
* Provide excellent customer service
* Ensure merchandise is secure in the lorry
* Wear overshoes in customers' homes and gloves during delivery
* Deliver products to customers' room of choice
* Work in a team with the porter
* Leave customer homes tidy, recycling any packaging removed

Requirements:

* Hold a UK licence with category C1 or above
* Hold a valid CPC and Digital tacho card
* Previous experience in driving 7.5t or above vehicles in the UK
* Able to complete heavy lifting deliveries
* Friendly attitude towards customers
* Excellent work ethic
