Key Responsibilities:- Build and nurture relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring they continue to choose Simpson Group for their print needs.
- Work closely with Key Account Managers to understand client objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage the delivery of projects, from initial brief through to final production, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, handling any queries or issues with professionalism.
