**JUNIOR ECOMMERCE PHOTOGRAPHER - FULL TIME, WASHINGTON**

We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Studio department for a JunIor Ecommerce Photographer. Junior Ecommerce Photographers efficiently capture high quality e-commerce product photography in alignment with END. style guides and brand requirements, creating assets that give a true representation of the product.

The Photography team work as part of the end-to-end Studio Workflow process, photographing END. products to support their sale online for a best-in-class retail experience.

**What you'll be doing**:
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the day-to-day image workflow by creating best in class imagery, following studio processes and displaying positive and collaborative attitudes.
- Daily execution of high-quality ecommerce photography following the END. Styleguides
- Working across multiple set types spanning diverse product ranges displaying a flexible attitude towards completing the task to the highest standard.
- Photograph all products correctly, efficiently and in accordance with END. Styleguides.
- Support Photography Manager and Senior Photographers in creating a balanced studio environment by approaching all personal and studio KPI's with a can-do mindset whilst ensuring Quality Assurance Standards.
- Ensure that all studio equipment and software is maintained and in great working condition by highlighting any repairs to the Photography Manager or Senior Photographer.
- Safety and upkeep of photographic areas and resources.
- Be Proactive in supporting studio workflows, processes and adhoc tasks to ensure a smooth flow of product from entry to exit of studio.

**What you'll be able to demonstrate**:
Skills and experience
- A portfolio that demonstrates a range of portraiture, fashion and/or product photography.
- Previous Experience within a photographic role is desirable.
- Embrace and welcome feedback, change and growth.
- Have a proactive hunger about learning and developing your personal photographic and lighting skills.
- Computer Literate.
- Understand Mac computers and Software.
