Business Intelligence Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team at Community Gateway Association. As a key member of our data-driven organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of our Data Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop insightful dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
  • Support data literacy programs to enhance customer service and drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain business and management reports using database programming languages and relational databases
  • Collaborate with the Head of Data to transform our organization into a data-driven entity

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role with expertise in data migration, validation, analysis, and reporting
  • Ability to produce reports at operational and senior levels, tailoring communications to the audience
  • Proficiency in database programming languages (such as SQL) and relational databases
  • Excellent team player with the ability to positively influence others

Desirable Skills

  • Experience working in the social housing sector
  • Power BI experience
  • Expertise in database programming languages and relational databases
