About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a key member of our perioperative team, you will be responsible for delivering safe and high-quality care to patients during their surgical journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of theatre practitioners, coordinating staff training needs and resource requirements.
  • Assist in the delivery of patient care, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
  • Develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of others, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Apply and promote best evidence-based practice within your scope of practice.
  • Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act, ensuring that appropriate measures are taken to protect patients, staff, and visitors.
