We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to join our client, a reputable manufacturer in Greater Manchester, as part of their leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to the Global VP of Finance and Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial leadership and guidance to the senior leadership team to meet financial objectives.
- Head up a large team encompassing transactional finance, IT, and purchasing.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee budget control, reporting, and analysis.
- Develop and implement an internal audit program to ensure compliance with financial and statutory regulations.
- Manage risk and ensure the company's financial stability.
