Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Active Directory projects from initiation to completion, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources effectively, and establish realistic schedules.
  • Coordinate and manage diverse project teams, including internal staff, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues promptly, and handle conflicts constructively.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables align with business requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to ensure projects are aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, status, and any potential challenges to stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively.
  • Document project processes, knowledge transfer, and lessons learned for future reference.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of proven experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on Active Directory.
  • In-depth understanding of Active Directory architecture, components, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with various project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
