Job Title: Head of Project Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our Active Directory projects, ensuring successful delivery, strategic alignment, and business value.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Active Directory and project management, with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale Active Directory projects from initiation to delivery
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on Active Directory
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory architecture, components, and best practices
  • Proven project management skills, with successful delivery of large-scale projects
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
