{"h1": "Junior Digital Marketing Manager", "p": "We are seeking a talented Junior Digital Marketing Manager to join our Digital team at Blue Comms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns for our clients.

Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality digital marketing strategies that meet and exceed client expectations. You will work closely with our clients, account teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that digital marketing strategies align with wider communications and overarching business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns that meet client objectives
* Manage multiple projects of varying scope and size
* Monitor the delivery of activity against agreed programme KPIs and staff resource
* Combine digital marketing skills and creativity with knowledge of the client and industry to identify digital marketing tactics, target audiences, and keywords that deliver against each programme's communications objectives
* Mentor digital marketing executives, motivate them to deliver excellent results, and help them to realise their full potential as digital marketing professionals and members of the Blue Comms team

Requirements:

* Commercial experience in digital strategy development, account management, content creation and management, social media management, SEO and SEM, and analytics and reporting
* Ability to spot commercial opportunities with clients and communicate business development to the senior team
