Finitas is a global leading specialist commercial insurance provider for clients within the Lloyd's and company markets. We are looking for a Casualty Claims Specialist to join our team.

**Job Summary:**

As a Casualty Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of UK and International Casualty claims. You will partner with solicitors, customers, brokers, experts, and insurers to develop a strategy for timely and cost-effective resolution of more complex claims and proactively manage claims.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage a portfolio of UK and International Casualty claims
* Partner with solicitors, customers, brokers, experts, and insurers to develop a strategy for timely and cost-effective resolution of more complex claims
* Proactively manage claims to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution
* Work closely with the Claims Manager to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives

**Requirements:**

* Significant proven claims handling experience, with a focus on Casualty classes
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
