Job Overview

Pertemps TM is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for carrying out preventative maintenance and reactive activities on a variety of commercial premises within the M25 area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fault Finding and Repair: Ability to identify and repair issues with building-related heating, hot and cold water distribution systems.
  • Pumping Systems Maintenance: Maintenance and setup of pumping systems, including invertor-driven pumps.
  • Pipework Systems: Balancing, commissioning, flow control, and general valves maintenance.
  • Pressure Vessels and Pressurisation Units: Installation and maintenance of pressure vessels and pressurisation units.
  • HIU Systems and Distribution: Service and maintenance of HIU systems and distribution.
  • Pressure Testing: Conducting pressure tests to ensure system integrity.
  • System Drain Downs and Refills: Ability to undertake system drain downs and refills effectively.
  • Pump and Valve Replacement: Ability to change pumps, valves, and valve components.
  • Working in Energy Centres and Large Plant Rooms: Working in energy centres and large centralised plant rooms, building distribution systems.
