About the Role:

Sprint Recruitment Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Assistant General Manager at one of our esteemed used car supermarkets. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the used car market, industry trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in used car sales management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Full UK driving license and a presentable, professional demeanor.
