About the Role

Mace is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Cost Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and controlling costs on major construction projects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that costs are accurately estimated, managed, and reported.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and control costs on major construction projects
  • Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure accurate and timely cost reporting
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure that costs are accurately estimated and managed
  • Develop and maintain cost models and forecasts to support project decision-making
  • Provide cost management advice and guidance to project teams
  • Develop and implement cost control procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience in cost management and control on major construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of cost management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
