Deputy Head Housekeeper

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Head Housekeeper to join our team at Hilton Hotels. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping and laundry operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality
  • Monitor the performance of the housekeeping team and provide coaching and training as needed
  • Ensure team members have a thorough understanding of all room categories and amenities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel staff and external customers
  • Manage staffing levels to meet business demands
  • Implement ongoing training programs to enhance team performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a managerial or supervisory capacity
  • Successful track record of managing a team and driving results
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
