We are seeking a highly skilled Admissions Supervisor to join our team at Community Hospice & Palliative Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the admissions process, ensuring timely and accurate referrals, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Customer Experience Center to ensure seamless referral transmission and timely admissions.
- Provide prompt and effective service recovery to accounts as needed.
- Function as a positive role model and leader, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Monitor and report quality improvement and corporate compliance initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with documentation and state and federal guidelines for Hospice programs.
- Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with referral sources.
- Attend regular staff and team meetings, promoting agency image and community engagement.
- Pursue professional growth through academic and continuing education programs.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida.
- Current State of Florida driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Minimum of three years of Hospice Admissions experience.
- Competent in computer programs and reporting.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in a health-related field.
- Healthcare-related certification.
- Knowledge of customer service and marketing techniques.
