Objective:
  • Oversee and refine the parameters for supply and inventory management.
  • Balance resource allocation (MRP, etc.) for raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, and finished goods by addressing customer demands and managing replenishment queues.
  • Guarantee product availability by proactively addressing backorders and shortages.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with internal and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials with the required quality.
  • Conduct vendor demand forecasting.
  • Foster and enhance supplier partnerships.
  • Adjust SAP planning parameters according to business requirements.
  • Align logistics parameters with both IG and OG suppliers on a quarterly basis.
  • Mitigate supply risks by establishing strategic stock levels and escalating issues to procurement or supply chain planning as necessary.
  • Continuously manage the balance of needs and resources (MRP, etc.) for raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products based on customer requirements or logistical lead times.
  • Prioritize supply needs and manage crises based on project demands and customer requirements from project management, sales, or customer service.
  • Oversee the replenishment backlog, including the creation and rescheduling of manufacturing and purchase orders.
  • Evaluate supplier service levels for both intra-group and external suppliers, driving action plans as needed.
  • Define and oversee supply parameter levels.
  • Manage raw material and component inventories in accordance with the master production schedule to ensure timely supply aligned with project timelines.
  • Monitor gross inventory levels (GIT, RM, WIP, and finished goods) and propose solutions to minimize waste and enhance sustainability.
  • Collaborate closely with the Plant Supply Chain Team, Project Managers, and Warehouse & Logistics Teams.
  • Act as a catalyst for change throughout the transformation process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills for interdepartmental coordination.
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems.
  • High-level IT skills, particularly in MS Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, proactive communication, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in supply chain or planning roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics or Science).
Education:

A minimum of an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
