Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations within the warehouse environment.
- Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain and Logistics teams.
- Adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work atmosphere, continuously seeking improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Core Duties:
- Deliver exceptional service solutions to our clients.
- Manage the receipt of material deliveries, ensuring accurate booking and system maintenance.
- Coordinate site deliveries and address urgent material needs.
- Support Service Coordinators with logistical tasks and the dispatch of parts and materials.
- Ensure proper documentation of site deliveries and manage Proof of Deliveries.
- Maintain accurate stock control and reporting.
- Occasionally operate transit vans as required.
- Handle non-technical inquiries via telephone.
- Conduct testing on returned batteries as necessary.
- Manage waste materials from drivers and liaise with waste management services.
- Pick, pack, load, and dispatch goods in compliance with company protocols.
- Perform PAT Testing on relevant equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the depot.
Qualifications:
- Possession of forklift truck licenses is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Flexibility, conscientiousness, and organizational skills are essential.
- Ability to work methodically and articulate effectively.
- Experience in safe storage practices and manual handling is preferred.
