Key Responsibilities- Manage the delivery of an effective, customer-focused tenancy and estate management service that responds directly to customer demand.
- Lead an agile team who work out in our communities, encouraging customer engagement opportunities and feedback to ensure the shaping of our services, continuous development, and improvement.
- Implement policy/procedural changes and recommendations following changes in legislation, regulation, transformation projects, and testing new ways of working.
- Carry out regular one-to-one meetings with the team, providing guidance and support where necessary, and assisting with the personal development of others.
- Complete regular case management reviews to ensure customer demands are being managed effectively and monitor individual performance, reporting any concerns/achievements to the Communities Manager.
- Ensure safeguarding and domestic abuse cases are referred to the Safeguarding & Domestic Abuse Coordinators promptly, to enable support to commence and encouraging collaborative and holistic case management, while ensuring the accurate recording, monitoring, and reporting.
