We are currently seeking a Food Safety and Quality Control Coordinator to ensure the integrity, safety, and compliance of all food products produced at our facility.

This dynamic role will involve working closely with the Operations Manager of the Central Food Production Unit within the catering division. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting Health and Safety assessments, including risk evaluations and allergen management.
  • Managing client relationships effectively.
  • Overseeing inventory control processes.
  • Performing regular audits to maintain standards.
  • Facilitating staff training sessions, including machinery operation.

The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 CIEH Food Safety qualification or its equivalent, along with an IOSH certification. Proven experience in quality assurance and a solid understanding of chilled and frozen food production is essential.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn, possesses excellent organizational and communication skills, and demonstrates a keen attention to detail.
