Job Title: Outage Coordinator

Ground Control is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outage Coordinator to join our team. As an Outage Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of a full programme of tree cutting power outages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver a full programme of tree cutting power outages, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
  • Oversee and manage the tree cutting power outage programme, driving best practices and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate outage teams to ensure projects are completed within agreed timeframes, budget, and contractual commitments.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the successful planning and execution of all outages.
  • Assist in managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective delivery of electrical provisions.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings related to programming and planning.
  • Travel as necessary to support the effective delivery of outage programmes.
Requirements:
  • Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders towards a common goal.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with a keen analytical mind.
  • Knowledge of overhead electrical networks.
  • Proficiency in IT and computer skills.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
  • Full UK driving license.
