Business Development Manager - Property Finance

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our Property Finance team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing high-value client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate lending space, developing tailored financing solutions to meet the specific needs of clients involved in property transactions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, ensuring exceptional levels of service and satisfaction, and proactively addressing client needs and concerns to maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Networking and Business Development: Build and maintain a robust network of contacts within the property finance sector, attending industry events, seminars, and networking functions to promote our services and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Commercial, Bridging, BTL property based lending, relationship banking, or high-net-worth broking.
  • Demonstrated track record of generating new business and managing high-value client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the UK property market and associated financial products.
