About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Events Coordinator to join our team at Dalziel Park Head Office. As a Sales and Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for working closely with our Sales and Marketing Managers to develop and implement sales strategies, manage events, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, including site visits to promote business.
- Record, collate, and respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Compose clear and well-written correspondence, including emails and letters.
- Assist in the organization of internal wedding fayres and other events.
- Send out promotional materials to sales leads and customers, and follow up with them to create sales opportunities.
- Approach prospective new customers or clients via telephone calls.
