About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Associate to join our team at JMC Legal Recruitment. As a Risk Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the firm's legal and regulatory framework is robust and effective.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing conflicts of interest, AML/financial crime matters, data protection, SRA Accounts Rules, and handling claims and complaints. You will work closely with our team to provide advice and guidance on a wide range of risk and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proven experience managing key compliance processes and procedures
  • Confident and efficient, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
